Admissions

Admission is open to children from age 1+ upwards. Requirements include a completed application form, birth certificate, passport photographs, previous school report (if applicable), and payment of the application fee. Placement tests may be conducted for certain classes.

Admissions are open year round, however we primarily enrol new students at the beginning of each term. The main intake is at the start of the first term in September. We advise parents to apply early to secure a place.

Yes, students applying from Kindagerten and above are required to sit a short placement assessment in English and Mathematics and other subjects. This helps us place each child in the most appropriate class for their level.

School Schedule

School hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:00pm. The school gates open at 7:15am. Early arrivals before 7:15am and late pickups after 3:30pm are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made with the school administration.

Tahfiz sessions are held after end of regular classes. Students are grouped by their level of memorisation and assigned to qualified Huffadh teachers. Progress is monitored weekly and reported to parents each term.

Western curriculum classes run from 8:30am to 2:30pm daily, covering subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Basic Science, Social Studies, Civic Education, and Computer Studies. The timetable is structured to ensure a balance between academic and Islamic studies throughout the day.

Fees & Payments

School fees are charged on a termly basis. The fee structure varies by class level. A detailed fee schedule is provided upon application. Fees cover tuition, learning materials, and use of school facilities. Additional charges may apply for excursions, uniforms, and extracurricular activities.

Fees can be paid via bank transfer directly to the school's account or in person at the school's administrative office. Cash payments are accepted at the bursar's office between 8:00am and 2:00pm on school days. Receipts are issued for all payments.

General

Yes, Golden End Schools has an official uniform. Uniforms can be purchased from the school's administrative office. All students are expected to wear the complete school uniform every day. Details of the uniform requirements would be communicated to the parents.
